As a long-time private equity investor and operating executive, Tate is a long-time member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), the premier network for middle-market M&A dealmakers and business leaders, with over 13,000 highly engaged members across 61 global chapters.  Tate was the chairman of the CEO Leadership Conferences of the ACG New York chapter and conducted over a dozen conferences on topics related to increasing the operational performance of private equity funds and their operating companies.
